Staff Training

We deliver training across the sector, from the smallest to the largest institutions. We deliver training as Flint Innovation, as well as for PraxisAuril, Aspect and ICURe. Topics include bid writing, external engagement, market discovery, stakeholder analysis, commercialisation, knowledge exchange, communication, marketing, value propositions, and business modelling.

Business Growth

We work with over 100 small businesses each year. We are facilitators and tutors on the Help to Grow programme, and we also mentor individual business leaders. We are also assessors and monitoring service providers for Innovate UK, supporting companies as they grow through innovation.
